Most people spend their whole lives confused about money, credit, and how the system actually works. The first 100 people in our next Financial Education Zoom Class won't be among them. 100 seats. When they're gone, you wait for the next round. For new students: join our comprehensive financial education program, presented live via Zoom. The course covers advanced accounting principles, commercial instruments, monetary theory, and the practical legal applications behind pleading construction and credit repair. Purchase covers admission to the class only. Sessions are not recorded, and no recordings, materials, or membership access are included.

This program covers three connected disciplines: consumer protection and credit repair, legal pleading construction, and accounting with commercial instruments. Students learn how the consumer credit statutes, the rules of pleading, and double-entry bookkeeping operate together in real disputes and real commerce, not in theory.
Credit Repair and Consumer Protection
A working method for repairing credit through the consumer protection statutes, not through gimmicks. Coverage begins where the leverage is: vetting the collector first by confirming Secretary of State registration and the required surety bond, then entity status and the name on the instrument. From there, validation and dispute under the FDCPA and FCRA, the Texas Finance Code Chapter 392 framework, Regulation F, and escalation through the CFPB, FTC, FBI IC3, the Attorney General, a claim against the surety bond, and the courts. The governing idea throughout: attack how a debt is being collected, not what is claimed to be owed.
Legal Pleading Construction
How pleadings are actually built. What a cause of action is, notice pleading versus fact pleading, and drafting a petition element by element so it survives special exceptions and a motion to dismiss. Students learn to pull the elements of a claim straight from the pattern jury charge, worked through conversion, breach of contract, and negligence, and to use the declaratory judgment vehicle correctly under the Texas UDJA and the federal Declaratory Judgment Act.
Double-Entry Bookkeeping
Complete instruction in double-entry bookkeeping, including the DEALER framework for normal balances, debits, credits, journal entries, ledger maintenance, trial balances, and financial statement preparation. Students learn the fundamental accounting equation and its application to commercial transactions, including expense recognition and the reclassification of payables.
Bills of Exchange
Detailed coverage of negotiable instruments and bills of exchange under UCC Article 3: creation, endorsement, presentment, and discharge. Instruction includes the suspension of an underlying obligation when an instrument is taken for it under UCC Section 3-310, along with both the historical development and modern commercial usage of these instruments under current banking regulations.
Money Creation Theory
Examination of money creation mechanisms grounded in empirical research, including the credit creation theory associated with Werner's findings, bank lending processes, endogenous money theory, and the distinction between financial intermediation and money origination.
Compliance Standards
All instruction aligns with Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) provisions and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) requirements. Course materials reference current statutory frameworks and accounting principles.

ABSOLUTELY NO SOVEREIGN CITIZEN NONSENSE WILL BE TOLERATED
This is a legitimate accounting and commercial law course. The sovereign citizen movement has damaged the credibility of serious commercial law study with their legal fiction fantasies and courtroom failures. Their misinterpretation and bastardization of UCC provisions and banking principles has made professional education in these areas unnecessarily difficult.
We explicitly reject and will immediately remove anyone promoting:
Anyone bringing this garbage into the class will be immediately removed, permanently banned.
This course teaches actual law, accounting, and banking as practiced by real professionals in real commerce. We provide education only - no templates, no magic paperwork, no shortcuts to discharge debts, no secret methods to access hidden accounts. If you're looking for that fiction, go elsewhere. This class is for serious students who want to understand how financial systems actually operate.
